Iron is an essential trace element for dogs too. It plays a crucial role in preventing and treating anemia, transporting oxygen and ensuring the proper functioning of various enzymes. Stimulates aerobic metabolism , improves physical and mental performance and increases resistance.

Iron deficiency in our pets can lead to anemia, making them weak, depressed and more susceptible to various diseases.

Commercial pet foods do not always contain adequate amounts and quality of iron. In the case of a BARF diet, the main problem is the lack of blood in meats due to slaughterhouse regulations. With cooked diets , it is challenging to supplement the necessary amount of iron.

Iron deficiency can arise not only from diet, but also from accidents or diseases that affect red blood cells, such as babesiosis.

We recommend its use in the following cases:

• After accidents or illnesses.
• For general strengthening of the immune system .
• To increase endurance and performance in sporting or working dogs.
• During the pregnancy .
• For prevention and complement in the treatment of anemia.
• For puppies up to 1 year old.
• Along with commercial pet foods, BARF diet or cooked diets.

Dosage recommendation:

3 g per 10 kilograms of body weight.

For BARF diets, you can give it continuously.

In all other cases, give it to your dog every day for 4-6 weeks, then take a break for at least that long.
