Shipping policy
The minimum order for delivery is €10.
The deadline for orders to be delivered the next day in mainland Portugal is at 2:00 PM after this time orders will be delivered within 48 hours (2 days after placing the order)
Deliveries are from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Return & Exchange Policy
Right to Cancel
You possess the right to cancel this agreement within a 14-day period for any reason.
This cancellation timeframe concludes 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
To enact your cancellation right, you are required to inform us about your decision to cancel this contract through a clear statement (such as a letter sent by mail, or an email). You can find our contact information below. While you may use the provided template for the cancellation form, it's not mandatory.
To adhere to the cancellation deadline, you merely need to dispatch your notification about exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation period ends.
Consequences of Cancellation
Upon cancellation of this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs stemming from your choice of a delivery method other than the least costly standard delivery we offer), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we are notified of your decision to cancel this contract. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
You must return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your contract cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has lapsed. For the return to be accepted, the goods must be undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging as received.
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof of sending back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
You might be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss results from unnecessary handling to ascertain the goods' nature, characteristics, and function.
Be aware that certain legal exceptions to the cancellation right exist, and some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. If applicable, we will inform you about any such exceptions in your case.
