Shipping Information

We currently deliver to the following locations:

Mainland Portugal
The Azores and Madeira
Spain

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, ensuring you can review the total cost, including shipping, before completing your purchase.

While we work to ensure that your package reaches you safely, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate your shipment. If the package cannot be recovered, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any products.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Mainland Portugal: 2-5 business days.
- The Azores and Madeira: 5-10 business days.
- Spain: 5-10 business days.

Delays may occur during public holidays, sales periods, or due to external factors such as weather conditions or customs procedures.
